Every horse that calls Whispering Farms home will enjoy a horse boarding stables that stands above the rest. The care and comfort of all horses living at our equestrian center is our number one priority.

Keeping horses happy and healthy, we pay close attention to their most important needs. Top of that list is feeding excellent quality hay often. Additionally, we provide nutritious grain, clean fresh water, daily time outside weather permitting, a clean and comfortable horse stall along with a reliable, daily routine.

Horse Boarding in the Dallas area

Dressage boarding, Eventing boarding, Hunter/Jumper boarding, pleasure horse boarding or pasture boarding. All horses at Whispering Farms find a home where their needs are catered to every day.  Horse boarding in Dallas with a convenient location that can’t be beat!

We feed four times a day

We feed frequently which is more natural and healthy for horses. Excellent hay, nutritious grain and clean, fresh water is one of the most important aspects of managing the well-being of horses. Our horses will have hay in front of them well into the night.

Munching horses are happy horses!

We feed premium hay

Whispering Farms feeds superb quality Tifton 85 or Coastal hay. We have contracted the best hay sources to ensure that our hay is of the highest standards available for a world class horse boarding facility.

The hay we feed our horses is consistently sent for nutrient analysis allowing us to keep a close eye on quality at all times. Alfalfa is also available for those horses who need it.

If desired, owner provided supplements are fed with the grain feeding. Some of our boarders may wish to provide SmartPaks or other supplements for their horses.

Our 12x12 stalls are clean, airy and comfortable

Each stall has an industrial fan to handle the heat of our Texas summers. Additionally, each stall is equipped with an automatic waterer, grain feeder bin and a blanket bar.

Stalls are generously bedded and banked with premium shavings and are cleaned twice daily. All stalls have completely open grating across the front allowing for maximum air circulation.

Daily turnout, weather permitting

Whispering Farms firmly believes in daily turnout (weather permitting). Our boarders may select whether their horse is turned out individually or in a group.

Most horses do best with regular turnout. It is a very important part of their physical and mental wellness. Turnout time also gives the stalls a chance to air out!

We pick out the horses feet when they return to their stalls from turnout. Additionally, if needed, the horses are hosed off if they are sweaty.
